New CFO at Erich Utsch AG
Siegen. Dominic Höffgen will be the new chief financial officer at Erich Utsch AG and will be Marc Nedecky's successor.
The search for a new CFO became necessary because Marc Nedecky will be leaving Erich Utsch AG at his own request at the beginning of 2017. “The search was successful, and we have chosen a successor,” said chairman of the board Ulrich Waldschmidt. He continued: “We are happy that with Mr Höffgen we can welcome a competent board member who fits perfectly into Erich Utsch AG's new management structure and who, not least because of his previous activities, will introduce new impulses and ideas.”
Mr Waldschmidt explained that Dominic Höffgen had previously been one of three management partners in AURICON, the auditing and consulting company, and in this capacity he had already been working closely with Erich Utsch AG during the last two years. “In addition, as a result of his work for Erich Utsch AG, Mr Höffgen enjoys the trust of the new owners and is very familiar with the structure of the company, in particular in respect of his future field of work,” Ulrich Waldschmidt stated.
This meant, he added, that the transfer of duties which would start at the beginning of the new year would take place gratifyingly quickly and in this way benefit the continuity of the board's work.
