This code clearly commits Erich UTSCH AG to anti-discrimination, the protection of personal and property rights, measures to fight corruption, and the rules of fair, free competition in a global market. 

This code is the foundation of all national and international activities of UTSCH and the core element of our concept of integrity. It bindingly sets out all rights, legal requirements and rules of conduct and therefore governs the actions of the directors, managers and all UTSCH employees in day-to-day business.

This code also applies in all our international activities, to employees and managers in our national and international subsidiaries, holdings and joint ventures.
